Toolmaking

Our toolmaking facility manufactures injection mould tools up to 2.5 tonnes in weight in the UK.

We also have 10 tonne handling capacity for commissioning of imported mould tools, mould tool repairs and mould tool modifications. Through our sister company we can offer LCC mould tooling sourced from within our group up to 16 tonne.

Our 840m² toolmaking facility is open 6 days per week, making us extremely flexible and responsive to our customer’s needs.

We have built a reputation for fast response times and competitive prices. Our long-term strategy of constant improvement in training, machinery, and software means we maintain an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

We provide all the principal plastic injection toolmaking capabilities including:

• Spark erosion
• CNC turning
• 4 axis EDM die sinking

• Tig welding
• On site support at customer facilities in the UK

Utilising the latest and advanced mould tool design concepts, our moulds are manufactured to the strictest tolerances and customer specifications. Our procedures ensure we maintain full control of the mould manufacturing development from conception through to production.
